Dear Sir/ Madam, according to art. of art. 13 of the regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereafter referred to as “GDPR 2016/679”), concerning the protection of personal data processing, we wish to inform you that the personal data provided by you at the time of the affliation/ registration / membership is handled by the ASD CENTOPASSI MOTO & SPORT based in Modena, Via M. Fanti 261, C.F. 92103390644 mail info@centopassi.net. in compliance with the current legislation and the obligations of confidentiality set by the law.
1) Nature of the conferment
In order to be able to perform the service requested by you it is necessary – by law – that you provide us with some data. If you refuse, this association can not perform the service you request. To take advantage of additional services, additional data is required, for which you must give explicit consent. The data processed is your name and surname, date and place of birth, telephone number, e-mail address, social security number and the place of residence, a list of possible eating disorders/ allergies, the engine size and the licence plate number of the motorcycle owned, specification of the sporting and/ or social and cultural discipline carried out.
2) Legal basis and purpose of the processing of personal data
Your personal data will be processed exclusively for purposes strictly related to the service offered by this association and in particular will be used for: the purposes related to your request for affiliation/ membership that is part of the institutional duties of A.S.D. CENTOPASSI MOTO & SPORT, in particular, if foreseen and required for the registration in the Register of Amateur Sports Associations and a company established by the C.O.N.l for the recognition for sporting purposes according to art. 5, paragraph 2, lett. C of the legislative decree of 23 July 1999 n. 242. As well as for the eventual registration in the other registers provided for by the law 383/2000 and by the legislative decree 117/2017 and for all purposes related to sporting events, training courses, social and/ or cultural promotion activities organized directly by A.S.D. CENTOPASSI MOTO & SPORT and other institutional activities of the A.S.D. CENTOPASSI MOTO & SPORT; administrative, accounting and tax management; correspondence and protocol management.
3) Mandatory nature of the conferment
- a) The processing of data is necessary to fulfil a request by the interested party and for tax and legal obligations and for the purposes listed in art. 2.
b) A refusal to provide the requested data will make proceedings of the completion of the affiliation/ enrolment/ registration procedure, the activation of the compulsory and optional insurance coverage, where and as required, impossible.
4) Methods of data processing and storage
The treatment of data will be carried out in an automated and/ or manual way, with methods and tools able to comply with the security measures set forth in art. 32 of the GDPR 2016/679, by persons specifically appointed, in compliance with the provisions of art. 29 GDPR 2016/679. Please note that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization, pursuant to art. 5 GDPR 2016/679, the retention period of your personal data is established, except as otherwise established by the current legislation, for a period of time not exceeding the completion of the purpose for which they are collected and processed and in compliance with time limits prescribed by the law. Normally the retention period of your data will not exceed the end of the calendar year in which they were acquired.
5) Scope of communication and circulation of data
The data collected will not be disclosed and published, made accessible to third parties without your explicit consent, except for the communications necessary for the fulfilment of legal obligations, which may involve the transfer of data to public bodies and companies of a private nature. In particular, the data will be provided to the company CONI NET, Largo De Bosis 15, 00135 Rome, a company in charge of the management of the IT system, to the C.O.N.l. and to the companies identified by the latter as data processors, to C.S.E.N. with their headquarters in Rome in Via Luigi Bodio, 57 or at the email address seoreterianazionale@csen.it and to companies that, on behalf of the aforementioned institutions, take care of compulsory and optional insurance services. The same data may be passed on to public administrations for the purposes provided for by the law.v
6) Transfer of personal data
According to articles 44 and ss. Del GDPR 20161679, we inform you that your data will not be transferred to other countries or international organizations
7) Particular categories of personal data
According to articles 9 and 10 GDPR 2016/679, the treatment will NOT concern data that qualify as “particular categories of personal data”, that is data suitable to reveal racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical convictions, or union memberships, genetic data, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a physical person, data related to the health or sexual life or sexual orientation of the person. This data category will neither be acquired nor processed by the association.
8) Rights of the interested party
At any moment, you can exercise, according to articles 15-22 GDPR 2016/679, the right to:
- request confirmation of the existence or inexistence of personal data;
- obtain information about the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated and, where possible, the retention period;
- obtain data correction and deletion;
- obtain the processing limitation, obtain data portability, i.e. receive them from a data controller, in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, and transmit them to another data controller without impediments;
- oppose the processing at any time, oppose an automated decision-making process concerning individuals, including profiling;
- request the revocation of consent at any time, make a complaint to the supervisory authority.
